Regulation on economic solvency analysis and consumer information enters into force

This Saturday, 4 May, the Regulation on Economic Solvency Analysis and Consumer Information will come into force, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 19.496 on Consumer Rights Protection.

By issuing the Regulation, the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism has established, among others, the rules regarding the form, requirements and conditions of the obligation of suppliers to analyse the economic solvency of consumers prior to the conclusion of a money credit operation.
